     Martin Slade was born in December, 1845 in Bavaria [Martin's tombstone shows date of birth Dec 21, 1842].2,3
     Martin married Caroline Hoffman on January 5, 1869.1,4 Martin's surname clearly appears as SLADE on his marraige certificate and other early documents, however, most of his census and other later documents spell it SLATE] Martin died on September 11, 1910 at age 64.3 He was buried in Greenbrier Cemetery, Robertson County, Tennessee.3

He married Melanie Green in 2007 and from that marriage was born the light of his life Mya Slade in 2011. Mark worked for Hoven Equipment in Great Falls. He was an avid outdoorsman that loved to hunt, fish and golf. Mark could be found at a very early age fishing with his friends, Maxie in the morning and golfing with George in the afternoon.He is survived by his wife Melanie and daughter Mya, his parents Bud and Beth Slade a brother Jim (Jonnae) Slade and nephew Kellen of Billings MT, and his two dogs Ada and Sadie.
