     George married first Emma F. Tobey on December 15, 1881 in New Bedford, Bristol County, Massachusetts.4,5 Emma was the daughter of Jane and Daniel Tobey.5
     George married Nancy V. Lake on October 3, 1905 in Fall River, Bristol County, Massachusetts.6 George died on August 1, 1946 at age 87.3 He was buried in Nathan Slade Cemetery, Somerset, Bristol County, Massachusetts.3
