     Gerald David Slade was born circa 1968 in Newfoundland.¹ He was the son of Michael Slade and Uriel [?].¹ Gerald died on May 1, 2013 in St. John's, Newfoundland,¹ and was buried in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Mount Pearl, Newfoundland.¹ His obituary read as follows:

     Arnold Bruce Slade was born on March 28, 1931 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.¹ He was the son of Harry Arnold Slade and Joan [?].¹
     Arnold married Audrey Pattison on February 13, 1954.¹ Arnold died on March 2, 2017 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, at age 85.¹ He was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.¹
