     William married Nancy Catherine Holt, daughter of James Holt and Arthenia Overton, on July 19, 1869 in Salt Lake County, Utah.4 William Slade died on September 17, 1902 in Colonias Dublan, Chihuahua, Mexico, at age 68.3,2
