     Ida Minerva Childs was born on February 5, 1861 in Providence County, Rhode Island.² She was the daughter of Henry Childs and Minerva Day Jenks.²
     Ida married William Lloyd Slade, son of Obediah Judson Slade and Hannah Thompson Monro, on May 7, 1884 in Providence, Rhode Island.^1,3 Ida died on October 25, 1938 at age 77.² She was buried in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence, Providence County, Rhode Island.²

     John G. Slade was born on July 27, 1835 in Washington County, New York.¹ He was the son of Deacon John Slade and Clarissa Griffin.¹ John died on April 24, 1845 in Erie County, New York, at age 9.¹ He was buried in North East Cemetery, North East, Erie County, New York.²

     Lorenzo Emulas Slade was born circa 1825 in Washington County, New York.¹ He was the son of Deacon John Slade and Clarissa Griffin.¹ Lorenzo died on February 15, 1842 in Erie County, Pennsylvania.¹

     Addison F. Randolph was born in 1842.¹
     Addison married Harriet Emeline Slade, daughter of Deacon John Slade and Clarissa Griffin.^1,2 Addison died in 1916.¹

     Horace Wadsworth was born in 1840.²
     Horace married Sarah Slade, daughter of Deacon John Slade and Clarissa Griffin, circa 1873.¹ Horace died in April, 1921 in Erie County, Pennsylvania.² He was buried in Wesleyville Cemetery, Wesleyville, Erie County, Pennsylvania.²

     Joseph J. Slade was born circa 1917 in Providence County, Rhode Island.^1,2 He was the son of George Washington Slade and Mary A. Dalton.¹
     Joseph married Margaret M. O'Conner.³ Joseph died in 1981.² He was buried in Saint Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket, Providence County, Rhode Island.²

     Leo Slade was born on August 6, 1920 in Providence County, Rhode Island.^1,2 He was the son of George Washington Slade and Mary A. Dalton.¹ Leo died in July, 1985 at age 64.²

     Margaret M. O'Conner was born circa 1916 in Rhode Island.¹
     Margaret married Joseph J. Slade, son of George Washington Slade and Mary A. Dalton.¹ Margaret died in 1986.¹ She was buried in Saint Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket, Providence County, Rhode Island.¹

     Eugene A. Slade was born circa 1940 in East Providence, Providence County, Rhode Island.² He was the son of Joseph J. Slade and Margaret M. O'Conner.¹
     Eugene married Vivian R. Bouthillier.² Eugene died on August 5, 2016.² He was buried in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket, Providence County, Rhode Island.² His obituary read as follows:

      Seekonk – Eugene “Gene” A. Slade, 76, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 5, 2016. He was the beloved husband of the late
Vivian R. (Bouthillier) Slade. Born in East Providence, he was one of five children of the late Joseph and Margaret (O’Connor) Slade. Gene was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam Era. He worked as a salesman for many years until his retirement. Gene was an antique car and motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed working in his yard, gardening and woodworking. Gene leaves a

      SLADE, VIVIAN R. (BOUTHILLIER), 64, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Eugene A. Slade for 42 years. Born in Attleboro, a daughter of the late Henry and Anita (Choiniere) Bouthillier, she resided in Seekonk for over 35 years. Vivian was an accountant for New England Telephone & Telegraph for 25 years until retiring, and a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Besides her husband she leaves a daughter, Jennifer A. Marrandette and her husband Philip of Marshfield, MA; a son, Shawn P. Slade and his wife Jane of Wakefield; four grandchildren, Emma, William, Mia and Henry and a sister, Diane Farrands of Sanford, NC.      James Benjamin Slade was born on October 4, 1918 in St. George, Washington County, Utah.¹ He was the son of Benjamin Franklin Slade and Lillie Maude Jones.¹
     James married Phyllis Woffinden on May 25, 1938 in St. George, Utah.¹
     After Phyllis' passing, James married second Janeen Hilton Dahlberg who also preceded him in death.¹ James died on October 16, 2016 at age 98.¹ He was buried in Central Cemetery, Washington County, Utah.¹ His obituary read as follows:

      James Benjamin SladeIvinsOur father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother, James Benjamin Slade, passed away October 16, 2016 at the Southern Utah Veteran's Home in Ivins. He was born October 4, 1918 to Benjamin Franklin Slade and Lillie Maud Jones in St. George, Utah. He married Phyllis Woffinden on May 25, 1938. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. They were married for 48 years upon Phyllis' passing in 1986. He later married Janeen Hilton Dahlberg, who also preceded him in death.He proudly served in the United States Navy during World War II on a supply ship in the Pacific. He saw Pearl Harbor a few days after it was bombed.Jim had a great sense of humor and always kept his family and all those around him laughing. After he and Phyllis were married in the Temple he served in many capacities in the LDS church, including Bishop of his ward in Dugway, Utah and went on two missions with Phyllis and two missions with Janeen.He is survived by his three daughters: Nicki Jean Botto, Lynne Marie (Larry) Haws and Janell (Lewis) Allen; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
