     Mary Grey Alston was born in January, 1854 in Alabama.¹ She was the daughter of Nathaniel Yancey Alston and Sarah Amanda Shields.²
     Mary married Dr. Henry Slade M. D., son of William H Slade and Amanda Elizabeth Vick, on December 25, 1873 in Marengo County, Alabama.² Mary died on June 9, 1910 at age 56.³ She was buried in Magnolia Cemetery, Marengo County, Alabama.³

     Blondina Bronson was born in February, 1889 in Florida.¹ She was the daughter of Henry W. Bronson and Nancy Catherine Green.¹
     Blondina married first Matthew P Slade, son of William Slade and Lydia M. Powell, on April 19, 1906 in Kissimmee, Osceola County, Florida.²
     Blondina married Oscar Lassiter circa 1914.³ Blondina died on October 16, 1929 in Orlando, Orange County, Florida, at age 40.⁴

     Eliza Bronson was born in 1870 in Florida.¹
     Eliza married William Slade on December 18, 1902 in Osceola County, Florida.²

     Onie Leorie Crocker was born on December 28, 1882 in Alabama.² She was the daughter of William Franklin and Annie Evalyna Lackey Twilley Crocker of Marengo County, Alabama.² She was New Tag both parents born Alabama in 1885 in Alabama.³
     Onie married Henry Gaines Slade, son of Dr. Henry Slade M. D. and Mary Grey Alston, on November 20, 1901 in Montgomery County, Alabama.² Onie died in November, 1978 in Alabama.⁴ She was buried in Magnolia Cemetery, Marengo County, Alabama.¹

     Colding Davis was born on August 21, 1881 in Georgia both parents born Georgia.²
     Colding married John H. Slade, son of Jeremiah Slade Jr. and Penelope J. Williams, on July 26, 1905.³ Colding died on February 6, 1957 at age 75¹ and was buried in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Pulaski County, Georgia.¹

     Bertha Mae Mattison was born on December 17, 1891 in New York.^1,2
     Bertha married Perley Boardman Slade, son of Zachary Wendell Taylor Slade and Delphine Place.¹ Bertha died on August 9, 1970 at age 78.² She was buried in Highland Cemetery, Elkland, Tioga County, Pennsylvania.³

     Cora May Miles was born on February 9, 1875 in Pennsylvania.^1,2

Cora married Fred Alfred Slade, son of Zachary Wendell Taylor Slade and Delphine Place, on July 4, 1899.¹ Cora died on March 29, 1953 at age 78.³ She was buried in Highland Cemetery, Elkland, Tioga County, Pennsylvania.³ Her obituary read as follows:

      Mrs. Cora Mae Slade, aged 78 years, of Elkland, died at her home Sunday, March 29, 1953. She was a member of the Elkland Methodist church. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Clemens, Rochester, N. Y; Mrs. Irene Blend, Woodbridge, N. J., and Mrs. Dorothy Gee, Elkland; four brothers, Chester Miles, Elkland; Isaac Miles and Eugene Miles, Hornell, N. Y., and Joseph, Raymond. Funeral services were held yesterday with the Rev. Glen Moore officiating. Burial was in Highland cemetery.³

     Delphine Place was born on March 13, 1853 in Pennsylvania.^1,2 She was New Tag in March, 1855 in Pennsylvania.³

     Delphine married Zachary Wendell Taylor Slade, son of Benjamin Slade and Nancy Windle, in 1868 in Pennsylvania.¹ Delphine died on December 28, 1931 at age 78.² She was buried in Highland Cemetery, Elkland, Tioga County, Pennsylvania.²

     Sarah Poppell was born in 1777 in North Carolina.
     Sarah married Jeremiah Slade say 1794 in Tattnall County, Georgia.¹ Sarah died in 1852 in Georgia.

     Wilma Bly Pruitt was born on January 31, 1920 in Alabama¹, the daughter of Leander Ben & Mattie Watkins Pruett.¹
     Wilma married William Gaines Slade, son of Henry Gaines Slade and Onie Leorie Crocker.² Wilma was widowed when her husband, William, died on July 18, 1987 at age 77.³ Wilma died on November 6, 2016 in Clarke County, Alabama, at age 96.¹ She was buried in Magnolia Cemetery, Marengo County, Alabama.¹

     Anna Mae Rice was born on July 10, 1885 in Knoxville, Tioga County, Pennsylvania.¹ She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Rice.²

Anna Mae Rice married John Mourey Slade, son of Zachary Wendell Taylor Slade and Delphine Place, circa 1905.¹

John and Anna had no children of their own, but raised Anna's twin nieces.³ Anna died on April 1, 1939 at age 53.³ Her obituary read as follows:

      Mrs. Anna Mae Slade, aged 53 years, died Saturday. She was injured in an automobile accident March 18. She was born in Knoxville, July 10, 1885, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Rice. Survivors include her husband, John Slade, of Elkland, two sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Young, of Hedgesville, and Mrs. Euphima Campbell, of Canisteo; a brother, Fred of Borden, and two nieces, Mrs. Flora Rice Borden, and Mrs. Florence Potter, of Austinburg.²

     Nicholas Robinson was born in 1812 in North Carolina.¹
