     Ida L. Fultz was born on November 8, 1866 in California.^1,3 She was the daughter of Matthew Fultz and Matilda J. [?]^4,1 Her father was born in Virginia and her mother was born in Ohio.⁵
     Ida married William Slade, son of Christopher Slade Jr. and Maria Elizabeth Carlin, circa 1888.¹ Ida died on April 7, 1949 at age 82³ and was buried in Cypress Lawn Memorial Park, Colma, San Mateo County, California.³

     Arthur C. Slade was born circa 1911 in Harford County, Maryland.¹ He was the son of Grover Cleveland Slade and Bessie Virginia Thomas.¹

     Stonewall Jackson Slade was born circa 1862 in Baltimore County, Maryland.² He was the son of Lewis Franklin Slade and Harriet Elizabeth [?].²

     Wesley Lee Slade was born on January 15, 1892 in Pikesville, Baltimore County, Maryland.^1,2 He was the son of Stonewall Jackson Slade and Rebekah [?].³ Wesley Lee Slade was registered for the draft on June 5, 1917 in Pikesville, Maryland.¹ He was inducted into the Army on April 24, 1918, in Company D, 74th Engineers, served overseas from Aug 26, 1918 to Mar 11, 1919 and honorably discharged on March 26, 1919.⁴
     Wesley married Mary Margaret Snyder circa 1919.^5,6 Wesley Lee Slade was registered for World War 2 draft in 1942 while living in Owings Mills, Baltimore County, Maryland.⁶ Wesley died on October 17, 1952 at age 60² and was buried in Druid Ridge Cemetery, Pikesville, Baltimore County, Maryland.⁷

     Mary Margaret Snyder was born on September 8, 1902 in Maryland.^1,3
     Mary married Wesley Lee Slade, son of Stonewall Jackson Slade and Rebekah [?], circa 1919.^1,4 Mary died on May 15, 1947 at age 44³ and was buried in Druid Ridge Cemetery, Pikesville, Baltimore County, Maryland.³

     Allen Reiley Slade was born on June 16, 1887 in Long Green, Baltimore County, Maryland.¹ He was the son of John E. Slade and Eleanor J. Reiley.²
     Allen married Margaret E. Graham.¹ Allen Reiley Slade was registered for World War 2 draft in 1942 while living in Baltimore, Maryland, 4907 York Road, Funeral Director.¹

     Eleanor J. Reiley was born circa 1860 in Pennsylvania.¹ She was the daughter of The Reverend Asbury R. Reiley and Julia A. [?]²
     Eleanor married John E. Slade, son of James Dixon Slade and Hannah Gorsuch Riddle, circa 1886.¹

     John A. Slade was born circa November, 1919 in Baltimore County, Maryland.¹ He was the son of Allen Reiley Slade and Margaret E. Graham.¹ John died on August 22, 1995.² His obituary read as follows:

      John A. Slade, president and owner of Henry W. Jenkins & Sons Co. funeral establishment, died Tuesday of Parkinson's disease at St. Joseph Medical Center. He was 75 and lived in Timonium. Mr. Slade, a funeral director for nearly 50 years, had headed Jenkins & Sons since 1964. The company has been in continuous operation since 1799.
He was a former president of the Maryland State Funeral Directors Association and a member of the advisory council of the National Selected Morticians.
Born in Mount Savage, he was a graduate of Polytechnic Institute and the Johns Hopkins University. He served in the Navy during World War II.
Services were to be held at 10 a.m. today at the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer, Charles Street at Melrose Avenue.
Mr. Slade's first wife, the former Jacqueline Johnson, died in 1964.
He is survived by his wife of 18 years, the former Meta Joy "Kandi" Foell; three daughters, Mary Beze of Fullerton, Calif., Nancy Pearre of Columbia and Margaret Schleiker of Cherry Hill, N.J; a stepdaughter, Traci K. Magness and a stepson, William R. Davis III, both of Parkton; a sister, Eleanor McComas of Miami; and five grandchildren. Sun, The (Baltimore, MD) - Thursday, August 24, 1995.²

     John W. Slade went by Jack.² He was born on February 29, 1920 in Reisterstown, Baltimore County, Maryland.² He was the son of Wesley Lee Slade and Mary Margaret Snyder.¹

      John W. "Jack" Slade, 88, of Reisterstown, died Friday, Oct. 24, 2008, at home after an extended illness. Born Feb. 29, 1920, in Pikesville, he was the son of the late Mary and Wesley Slade. He was the husband of Elizabeth M. Slade, his wife of 47 years. He was a Navy veteran, having served in World War II. He was retired from Rosewood State Hospital and Johns Hopkins Hospital. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a daughter, Carol Lee Jackson of Owings Mills; sons-in-law and a daughter-in-law Hans, Andy and Paula; a sister, Mary Rebecca Bruner; a brother, James Slade; nephew and wife Edward and Debbie Owens; grandchildren Chris and Bill, Suzie and Craig, Wendy and Greg, Scott and Stephanie, Angie, Christopher, Robbie, Ethan, Dorothy, Andrea and Fernando; great-grandchildren Megan, Justin, Tiffany, Mackenzie, Luke, Matthew, Nicholas, Ryan, Noah, Brandon, Tyler and Brice; and great-great-grandchildren Nya and Jada. He was predeceased by daughter Jacqueline "Jackie" Hernandez, who died July 19; and by brother Francis "Bud" Slade. A funeral service was at Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road.      Francis "Bud" Slade was born on October 3, 1923 in Baltimore County, Maryland.^1,3 He was the son of Wesley Lee Slade and Mary Margaret Snyder.¹ Francis died in February, 1984 at age 60.³

     Harvey Benjamin Slade was born on February 18, 1887 in Baltimore County, Maryland.² He was the son of Elisha Slade and Katherine G. [?]¹ Harvey Benjamin Slade was New Tag in February, 1888 in Maryland.¹ He was registered for World War 2 draft in 1942 while living in Baltimore, Maryland, at 2837 Clifton Avenue.²
