     Henry Lewis Slade Jr. was born on February 7, 1893 in New York.^1,2 He was the son of Henry Lewis Slade and Olivia Phelps Hoe.¹ Henry Lewis Slade Jr. was registered for the draft on June 5, 1917 in Westchester County, New York.² He was found on a passenger list arriving on October 30, 1928 in Port of New York, New York, aboard the ship "Mongolia" from Havana, Cuba. He was apparently traveling alone.³ He was found on a passenger list on October 18, 1929 in Port of New York, New York; aboard the ship "Aquitania" from Southampton, England. He was apparently traveling alone.³ Henry was listed as a stock broker, married, but he was the only family member listed on census. He was apparently living in an apartment.⁴

Pierce and Marie Pickering, on August 2, 1941 in Weston, Fairfield County, Connecticut.⁵ Henry Lewis Slade Jr. was registered for World War 2 draft in 1942 while living in Westport, Fairfield County, Connecticut, on Rayfield Road. He also lists a residence at 425 South East 17th Ave, Fr. Lauderdale, Florida. Next of kin was Mrs. Henry Slade, Westport, CT. He was self empoyed, Suton Place Arms, Inc Westport.⁶

     Alfred Slade was born on September 4, 1854 in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.² He was the son of Alfred Slade and Mary Frances Reeve.¹ Alfred Slade was New Tag circa 1855 in South Carolina.¹
     Alfred married Teresa Pagliaro, daughter of Frangesco Pagliaro and Antonia Elia, on November 4, 1892 in Manhattan, New York County, New York.³ Alfred died on April 5, 1932 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, at age 77.² He was buried in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip, Cook County, Illinois.²

     Elias Kidder was born on July 30, 1781 in Leominster, Worcester County, Massachusetts.¹
     Elias married Lucy Slade, daughter of John Slade and Hannah Torrey, on May 12, 1811 in North Chelsea, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.² Elias died on April 15, 1864 in North Chelsea, Massachusetts, at age 82.¹

     Milton Slade was born on September 20, 1884 in Chelsea, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.^2,3 He was the son of Wilbur Levi Slade and Annie Beatrice Quinby.⁴
     Milton married Mathilda Hauber, daughter of Josef Hauber and Martha Horn, in 1915.¹ Milton Slade was registered for the draft on September 12, 1918 in Seattle, King County, Washington, He was employed by C.F. & P.A. White Pas & Yukon Railroad Company.³ He was registered for World War 2 draft in 1942 while living in Seattle, Washington.¹ Milton died on September 17, 1951 in King County, Washington, at age 66.⁵

     Mathilda Hauber was born in August, 1885 in Winneshiek County, Iowa.^1,2 She was the daughter of Josef Hauber and Martha Horn.²

     Mary Ann Gerry was born on April 29, 1810 in Massachusetts.¹ She was the daughter of Sarah and Thomas Gerry.
