     Thomas Alexander Slade went by Alex. He was born on March 22, 1919 in Hamilton, Wentworth, Ontario, Canada.^1,2 He was the son of Thomas Frederick Slade and Mary Belle Summers.¹
     Thomas married Shirley Horter.³ Thomas Alexander Slade began military service on December 4, 1942 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.² He ended military service on March 2, 1946 in Fort George Meade, Maryland.² Thomas died on May 8, 2001 at age 82⁴ and was buried in Beaver Cemetery & Mausoleum, Beaver, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.⁵

     Andrew George Slade was born on January 23, 1932 in Monaca, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.^2,1 He was the son of Thomas Frederick Slade and Mary Belle Summers.² Andrew died on January 14, 2019 at age 86¹ and was buried in West Newton Cemetery, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.¹ His obituary read as follows:

      The Rev. Andrew George Slade, 86, of North Huntingdon, formerly of West Newton, died Monday, Jan. 14, 2019. He was born Jan. 23, 1932, in Monaca, a son of the late Thomas and Mary (Summers) Slade. A graduate of Geneva College in Beaver Falls and the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, he was a minister for more than 61 years. He was a member of West Newton United Presbyterian Church. The churches he served were Broadstreet United Presbyterian Church in Detroit, Mich; Bloomfield United Presbyterian Church in New Concord, Ohio; Third Presbyterian Church in Wheeling, W.Va., for 17 years; and Calvary United Presbyterian Church in Donora for 17 years, retiring in 1997 and named pastor emeritus. Rev. Slade was a member and past president of the Donora Rotary Club and was honored as a Paul Harris fellow and was past president of the Donora Historical Society. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Alexander Slade.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at J. WILLIAM McCAULEY JR. FUNERAL HOME, 901 Vine St., West Newton, and from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at Calvary United Presbyterian Church, 800 Thompson Ave., Donora, followed by services at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in West Newton Cemetery.

     Jane married Marshall Perry Slade, son of Jarvis Slade and Hannah Thomas Patten, on April 11, 1899 in Manhattan, New York County, New York.¹ Jane died on July 21, 1925 at age 56² and was buried in Green-Wood Cemetery, Brooklyn, Kings County, New York.²

     Agnes Simons was born in September, 1884 in New York at 261 West 130th with her mother, Sophie Simons, b 1863, NY, widow.² She was born circa 1887 in New York.¹
     Agnes married David Harold Slade on April 14, 1910 in Manhattan, New York County, New York.^1,3

     Lillian Petoff was born on January 3, 1918 in New York.^2,3 The daughter of Esther Krolick & David Petoff [Potapowsky], both born in Russia.^2,3
     Lillian married Jules Richard Slade on April 7, 1937 in Brooklyn, New York County, New York.¹ Lillian died on August 14, 2002 in Harrison, Westchester County, New York, at age 84.³

     Cecil E. Slade was born on April 5, 1932 in Forrest County, Mississippi.^1,2 He was the son of App Alexander Slade and Della Irene [?].¹
     Cecil married Easter Lilian Grantham³, the daughter of Omie & William Daniel Grantham.³ Cecil died on November 18, 2003 at age 71² and was buried in McLaurin Cemetery, Forrest County, Mississippi.²

     James Thomas Slade was born on January 20, 1935 in Forrest County, Mississippi.^1,2 He was the son of App Alexander Slade and Della Irene [?].¹ James died on December 27, 2002 at age 67.² He was buried in McLaurin Cemetery, Forrest County, Mississippi.²

     James W. Slade was born circa 1869 in Staines, Middlesex, England.¹ He was the son of James Slade and Esther [?].¹

     Isabella Foret was born on July 1, 1888 in Belgium at 836 "D" Avenue.^1,2 She was the daughter of Camille C. Foret and Eugenia Edwaere.^3,2
     Isabella married Everett B. Slade, son of Oakley L. Slade and Frances [?].¹ Isabella died on March 1, 1947 in San Diego County, California, at age 58.^1,4

     Camille C. Foret was born circa 1866 in Belgium.¹
     Camille married Eugenia Edwaere circa 1877.² Camille immigrated from Belgium to New York, New York, in 1888.² Camille died on January 27, 1936 in San Diego County, California.¹ He was buried in Holy Cross Cemetery, San Diego, San Diego County, California.³

     John Louis Slade was born on December 9, 1920 in Cagnes, France.¹ He was the son of Conrad Hensler Slade and Fernande Gabrielle Renard.¹
