     Lola Helena Lollar was born on May 7, 1919 in Nebraska.2 She was the daughter of Emma Matilda Draheim and Ernest Lollar.2
     Lola married Stephen Barr Huff Jr., son of Stephen Barr Huff and Ella Sandidge Furman.1 She was a University Professor at the time of her death. Lola died on January 7, 1973 in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, at age 53.2 She was buried in Greenwood Memorial Park, Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas.2

Billie Jo Ellis1

(27 March 1925 - )
     Billie Jo Ellis was born on March 27, 1925 in Chandler, Maricopa County, Arizona.2 She was the daughter of Horace and Henrietta Ellis.3 She was married first to Charles Nowell Heyer and second to Pat Maxwell.3
     Billie married third Ernest Henson Slade, son of Oliver Harming Slade and Mary Emma Gary, circa 1962.1 Billie died on September 4, 2010 in Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, at age 85.4 Her obituary in the Albuquerque Journal read:
     SLADE -- Jo Heyer Slade, born March 27, 1925, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and a grand one at that, passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2010. She was 85. She was born Billie Jo Ellis in Chandler, Arizona, one of five children of Horace and Henrietta Ellis. Her father's depression-era electrician's work brought her to New Mexico, where she graduated from Carlsbad High School. She was married to Charles Nowell Heyer, Pat Maxwell, and Ernest Slade. In her final years, her companion was her beloved Lhasa Apso, Saki. Jo Slade was a consummate executive secretary, working at Sandia Labs, GE Tempo, Kaman Sciences, and for Dean Fitz of the UNM School of Medicine in its earliest days. She was an accomplished cook, painter and poet laureate of her family's personal greeting cards. She brought humor and grace to whatever she did and never forgot the lyrics to her favorite 40's songs. Her greatest skill and dearest love was caring for and nurturing her children, grandchildren, and great - grandchildren, always accepting and treasuring their unique, even eccentric, qualities. She is survived by her sons, Lynn Slade (Susan Zimmerman), Stephen Heyer, and Barton Slade (Natalie); her daughter, Sheron Criswell (Bill); six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many other loving family members. She will be greatly missed, but never replaced.3

Haley Alexandria Slade1

     Haley Alexandria Slade was born on July 29, 1993 in Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico.1 She was the daughter of Barton Scott Slade and Natalie Renee' Berry.1 Haley died on September 17, 2013 at age 20.2 She was buried in Fairview Memorial Park, Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico.3 Her obituary read as follows:

      SLADE, HALEY ALEXANDRIA July 29, 1993-September 17, 2013 Haley Slade, beloved daughter, sister, and friend, passed away September 17, 2013. Haley was a 2011 graduate of Sandia High School. After completing requirements for an Associates Degree at Central New Mexico Community College, she entered the University of New Mexico this fall with plans to major in business with a communications minor. She was a voracious reader and a straight-A student. Haley loved the outdoors, especially, skiing, snowboarding, four-wheeling, camping, and with enthusiasm, all kinds of motorsports. She was also a heck of a shot with a .22. Haley was always a leader, and a constant and faithful friend and family member. Her twin brother, Taylor, says she would defend anyone, whether or not you might think they deserve it. Her greatest joys came in helping others and caring for animals. She is survived by her brother, Taylor; her sister, Lisa; her best friend, Kayleigh; and her loving parents, Bart and Natalie Slade. They and all who knew her will miss her and the imprint she would have continued to make on their, and all of our, lives. There will be a Celebration of Life for Haley from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, at Calvary Chapel, 4001 Osuna Rd. NE, Albuquerque. In lieu of flowers, donations would be welcome to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.2
