     Frederick Michael Slade was born on October 29, 1899 in Connecticut.^2,3 He was the son of Parish Perry Slade and Catherine L. Conlin.^2,1,4 Frederick Michael Slade was registered for the military draft in World War I on September 12, 1918 in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan.¹
     Frederick married Margaret Esther Pfrommer, daughter of Frederick K. Pfrommer and Margaret E. Hayes, on October 29, 1930 in Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan.² At the time of his death, Frederick was living in Estero, Lee County, Florida.⁴ Frederick died on December 28, 1980 in Prince William County, Virginia, at age 81.⁴ He was buried in St. Boniface Cemetery, Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana.⁴

     Margaret Esther Pfrommer was born in April, 1900 in Danville, Vermillion County, Illinois.^1,2 She was the daughter of Frederick K. Pfrommer and Margaret E. Hayes.¹

     Norman married first Hattie Amelia Perry circa 1890.³

     Charlotte Cornelia Palmer was born circa 1831 in Vermont.^1,3 She was the daughter of Martin Palmer and Anna Burnside.²
     Charlotte married Norman H. Slade, son of Elijah Slade and Ammarilda Chase.¹ Charlotte died on December 12, 1912.² She was buried in Bennington Village Cemetery, Bennington, Bennington County, Vermont.⁴

     Norman H. Slade was born on June 29, 1826 in Bennington County, Vermont.^1,2 He was the son of Elijah Slade and Ammarilda Chase.
     Norman married Charlotte Cornelia Palmer, daughter of Martin Palmer and Anna Burnside.³ Norman H. Slade was recruited in Civil War service on April 9, 1865 in Darnestown, Montomery County, Maryland.⁴ Norman died on February 17, 1867 at age 40.¹ He was buried in Bennington Village Cemetery, Bennington, Bennington County, Vermont.¹

     Burnside Grant Slade was born on June 2, 1866 in Vermont.^2,1 He was the son of Norman H. Slade and Charlotte Cornelia Palmer.³
     Burnside married Jennie Elizabeth Hathaway circa 1892.² Burnside died on June 4, 1929 at age 63¹ and was buried in Bennington Village Cemetery, Bennington, Bennington County, Vermont.¹

     Jennie married Burnside Grant Slade, son of Norman H. Slade and Charlotte Cornelia Palmer, circa 1892.² Jennie died on January 5, 1935 at age 66¹ and was buried in Bennington Village Cemetery, Bennington, Bennington County, Vermont.¹

     Ada Cornelia Slade was born on December 4, 1890 in Bennington County, Vermont.^2,1 She was the daughter of Norman H. Slade Jr. and Hattie Amelia Perry.²
     Ada married Walter David Boomower.¹ Ada died on October 24, 1918 in Vergennes, Addison County, Vermont, at age 27.¹ She was buried in Bennington Village Cemetery, Bennington, Bennington County, Vermont.¹

     Lura C. Slade was born on February 5, 1893 in Bennington County, Vermont.^2,1 She was the daughter of Norman H. Slade Jr. and Hattie Amelia Perry.²
     Lura married George D. Foucher on April 14, 1912 in St. Francis de Sales Church, Bennington, Bennington County, Vermont.¹ Lura died on December 21, 1971 at age 78.¹ She was buried in Park Lawn Cemetery, Bennington, Bennington County, Vermont.³

     Nora M. Slade was born on August 21, 1895 in Bennington County, Vermont.² She was the daughter of Norman H. Slade Jr. and Hattie Amelia Perry.¹

     Nora married second Leroy Stetson Oldham.^3,2 Nora died on October 7, 1972 at age 77.^3,2 She was buried in Hinsdillville Cemetery, North Bennington, Bennington County, Vermont.³

     Gordon Edward Slade sister Cynthia Slade White.² He was born on September 30, 1947.³ He [possibly born in Evansville, Indiana?] in 1949.⁴
     Gordon married Annetha [?].² Gordon died on January 31, 2015 at age 67¹ and was buried in East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee.¹ His obituary read as follows:

      SLADE, GORDON E. - age 67 of Corryton, TN, entered into eternal rest on January 31, 2015. Retired from TVA.

He is survived by: his devoted and loving wife, Annetha; sons, Jason and Eric; sister, Cynthia White; grandchildren, 8; sisters-in-law, 3; brother-in-law, 1; several other family members and friends.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, February 5, 2015 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at McDonald Dr. Church of Christ, 3800 McDonald Dr. Knoxville, TN followed by funeral service.

Interment will be held on Friday, February 6th at East TN Veterans Cemetery, 2200 E. John Sevier Highway at 9:30a.m. The service will conclude with military honors.
