     Elroy D. Slade was born in 1910 in Georgia.¹ He was the son of George Washington Slade and Martha Anne Gardner.¹ Elroy D. Slade Elroy D Slade, 20, is listed in 1930 census as "brother" in household of Ray William Slade.¹

     Pauline Ann Slade was born on December 3, 1915 in Georgia.¹ She was the daughter of Paul Hill Slade and Sarah Bruns Wells.¹
     Pauline married William R. Peacock.² Pauline died on October 1, 2002 in Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia, at age 86.³

     Dorothy Slade was born on October 9, 1918 in Crisp County, Georgia.^1,2 She was the daughter of Paul Hill Slade and Sarah Bruns Wells.¹
     Dorothy married Wilfred Leverne Tebeau.³ Dorothy died on January 3, 2005 at age 86.² She was buried in Hillcrest Abbey West, Chatham County, Georgia.⁴ Her obituary read as follows:

      Dorothy Tebeau, 86, of Garden City died January 3, 2005 at Candler Hospital.

She was born in Cordele, Georgia to Paul Hill Slade and Sara Wells Slade. She was a homemaker all her life and was a member of the Woodlawn United Methodist Church where she was very active. Mrs. Tebeau was past president of the Garden Club.

Mrs. Tebeau was preceded in death by her husband Wilfred L. Tebeau Sr., a daughter Pat Murphy and a granddaughter Holly Tebeau.

Survivors include three sons, Wilfred "Bubba" Tebeau, Jr. and wife Iris, Barry Tebeau, and Freddy Tebeau and wife Libby; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, a brother, Lonnie Slade and wife Helen; sister-in-law, Jule Slade; two brothers-in-law, Billy and wife Jewel Tebeau, Lynwood "Speedy" Tebeau and wife Frances, as well as many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday 6-8 p.m. at Massey-Framke Funeral Care.

Services will be Thursday, January 6, 2005, 11:00 a.m. at Massey Framke Chapel, with The Reverend Ricky Rushing of Woodlawn Methodist Church.

Burial: Hillcrest Abbey West. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations may be made to the Coastal Georgia Alzheimer's Association, 7 Drayton St., Suite 313, Savannah, GA. 31401.

     William married Jule Laffitte circa 1941 in Chatham, GA.³ William died on December 17, 1982 in Chatham County, Georgia, at age 62 last residence.^2,4

     Lawrence J. Slade was born in February, 1929 in Florida.¹ He was the son of Paul Hill Slade and Sarah Bruns Wells.¹
     Lawrence married Helen Patrick circa 1952.² Lawrence died on November 3, 2012 in Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia, at age 83.² His obituary read as follows:

      Laurence J. Lonnie Slade of Savannah, Georgia died on November 3, 2012 at St. Joseph's Hospital after a short illness. He was born on April 13, 1929 in New Smyrna, Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Sarah Slade, three brothers, Bill, George, and Paul, Jr., two sisters, Pauline Peacock and Dorothy Tebeau, and nephew Chuck West. He is survived by his wife of sixty years, Helen Patrick Slade. He is also survived by his special children Susan and Ted Hammond, Ricky and Debbie West, Brian and Becky West, Becky and Randy Hancock, Leonard Roberts, Greg and Heather Hammond, Mike and Darla Hammond, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and grandchildren. He is also survived by three very special great-grandchildren, Hadley, Maclane, and Matthew Hammond. He loved to fish, hunt, and cook, especially barbeque, for his family and friends. He was a member of Chapel in the Gardens Presbyterian Church where he was a Deacon Emeritus, a member of the Alemeth Sunday School Class, the Sunshine Charmers, and the R.O.M.E.O. Club. He retired from Union Camp Corporation as a certified welder after 43 years of service. Visitation will be at Fairhaven Funeral Home on Highway 80 in Garden City from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, November 6, 2012. The funeral service will be at Chapel in the Gardens Presbyterian Church on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 11:00 am.      Winfield Taylor Moore went by Taylor.³ He was born on September 11, 1847 in Jones County, Georgia, the son of Simpson Moore.^1,4
     Winfield married Sara Eugenia Hatcher on November 16, 1866.¹ Winfield died on June 11, 1928 at age 80² and was buried in Webb Cemetery, Houston County, Alabama.¹

     Sara Eugenia Hatcher was born on May 23, 1845 in Hatcher Station, Quitman County, Georgia.¹
     Sara married Winfield Taylor Moore on November 16, 1866.¹ Sara died on October 6, 1907 at age 62¹ and was buried in Webb Cemetery, Houston County, Alabama.¹

     Harvey John Salter was born on June 28, 1883 in Georgia.^1,2
     Harvey married Laura Smith circa 1907.¹ Harvey died circa 1941.² He was buried in Mt Zion Methodist Cemetery, Laurens County, Georgia.²
