Allen of Bluefield, Va; brother, Ronnie Proffitt and wife Bonnie of Bluefield, Va; sisters, Connie Hicks and husband Anthony of Springville, Judy Harrison and husband Bobby of Bluefield, Va; grandson, Zachary Cordle; granddaughter, Chloe Allen; nieces, Teresa Proffitt, Sherrie Harrison, Stephanie Haley and Carrie Hicks.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 19, 2007, at 2 p.m. at Dudley Memorial Chapel in Bluefield, Va., with the Rev. Ray Amos officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memory Gardens, Bluefield, Va. Pallbearers will be Randy Ball, Charlie Gearheart, Zachary Cordle, Rick Cordle, Bob Waschler, Frank Farthing, Mike Moore and Charlie Shrader. Honorary pallbearers will be Clarence Cochran, J.R. Adkins, Reese Lewis, Alan Earls, Donnie Hagy and Jerry Beavers.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1816 Jefferson St., Bluefield, WV 24701.
