     Eliza married Joseph Thomas Slade, son of Charles R. Slade and Susan Sophronia Baxter, on January 8, 1885 in Perry County, Mississippi.² Eliza died on November 10, 1928 at age 63.¹

     Mary Jane Davis was born on July 29, 1879 in Mississippi.^1,2
     Mary married John Wyatt Slade, son of Seborn Slade and Melviny Bond, on February 22, 1902 in Lamar County, Mississippi.¹ Mary died on February 12, 1948 at age 68.² She was buried in Tyner Cemetery at Clear Branch Church, Lamar County, Mississippi.²

     Roscoe C. Davis was born circa 1873 in Cumberland County, New Jersey.¹
     Roscoe married Ida Estelle Slade, daughter of Jesse Byron Slade and Mary Ellen Duncan, in New Jersey.¹

     Sarah Caroline Davis was born on December 29, 1863.¹
     Sarah married William Franklin Slade, son of Charles R. Slade and Susan Sophronia Baxter, on March 3, 1881.¹ Sarah died on August 16, 1910 at age 46.¹

     Joseph married Ethel Slade, daughter of William Franklin Slade and Sarah Caroline Davis.

     Sarah Martha Dearman was born on August 26, 1842 in Perry County, Mississippi.¹
     Sarah married Samuel Slade, son of Henry Slade and Susannah Lott, on March 1, 1864 in Marion County, Mississippi.¹ Sarah died on July 10, 1892 in Estabutchie, Jones County, Mississippi, at age 49.¹

     Maude Magdalene Dickson was born on May 1, 1900 in Mississippi.¹ She was the only daughter of Sidney and Susan Thompson Dickson. She had four brothers: Math, Lee, Lynn, and Lester.¹
     Maude married first James Washington Slade, son of Calvin Griffin Slade and Harriet Matilda Fillingame, on December 23, 1915.² After James death, Maude married Carl Eargle of Pervis in 1943.³ Maude died on February 19, 1994 in Lumberton, Lamar County, Mississippi, at age 93.⁴

     Martha Estella DuBose was known as Stella.² She was born on January 8, 1898 in Mississippi.³ She was the daughter of Burwell David DuBose and Selidia Overstreet.⁴
     Martha married Charlie Guy Slade, son of William Franklin Slade and Sarah Caroline Davis, on January 7, 1916 in Forrest County, Mississippi.^5,6 Martha Estella DuBose and Charlie Guy Slade were divorced.⁴ Martha died on March 13, 1964 at age 66³ and was buried in Tyner Cemetery at Clear Branch Church, Lamar County, Mississippi.³ Her obituary read as follows:

Funeral services for Mrs. Stella Dubose Chambliss, 66, of Hattiesburg were held at two o'clock Sunday afternoon in the Dixie Methodist Church with Hulett Funeral Home in charge.
Rev. Bertis Rouse, Rev. J. P. Holcomb and Rev. J. K. Hegwood officiated. Burial was in the Dixie Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Don L. Fillingame, J. A. P. Carter, P. Rogers, James Harvison, A. Hatten and Cecil Harvison.
Survivors are one son, D.C. Chambliss, Hattiesburg, one daughter, Mrs. Louise Dewease, Purvis, a twin sister, Mrs. Cella Rouse, Poplarville, two brothers, Walter and Sam Dubose, Dixie Community, eight grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.³

     Mary Ellen Duncan was born on December 6, 1865 in Louisiana Her parents were both born in Louisiana.^1,2 She was the daughter of Ben J. Duncan and Harriet Bickham.³
     Mary married Jesse Byron Slade, son of John Forsythe Slade and Terry Melissa Magee.¹ Mary died on February 16, 1939 in Angie, Washington Parish, Louisiana, at age 73.¹ She was buried in Bonnie Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Washington Parish, Louisiana.^1,4

     Hattie Dunn was born circa 1893 in Mississippi.¹
     Hattie married Ado Slade, son of Flemon Slade and Ophellia Stogner, on March 24, 1917 in Forrest County, Mississippi.²
