     Lucille Slade was born on December 10, 1910 in Pearl River County, Mississippi.^1,2 She was the daughter of Warren Rembert Slade and Maud L. Williams.¹
     Lucille married James I. Bass say 1935.² Lucille died on November 13, 1992 at age 81² and was buried in Poplarville Cemetery, Pearl River County, Mississippi.²

     Lucius Scott Slade Jr. was New Tag on July 31, 1947 in Washington Parish, Louisiana.² He was born on August 1, 1947 in Louisiana.¹ He was the son of Lucius S. Slade and Pearline Burch.¹
     Lucius married Barbara Hopson.¹ Lucius died in July, 2012 in Clarksville, Montgomery County, Tennessee.¹ He was buried in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, Christian County, Kentucky.¹ His obituary read as follows:

      Lucius Scott Slade, Jr., age 64 of Clarksville, passed away at his home in Clarksville. A Celebration of Life will be held at 6:30 p.m. Friday at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Phillip Robinson officiating. Military honors will be rendered. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home. Commital will be at a later date at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Scott entered this life on August 1, 1947 in Bogalusa, LA, son of the late Lucius Scott Slade, Sr. and Pearline Burch Slade. He was an engineer with the Ft. Campbell Department of Public Works and was a veteran of the US Army. Scott dutifully served his country in Vietnam and was a recipient of The Purple Heart. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Hopson Slade of Clarksville; son Kenneth E. Yingst, Jr. and his wife Lisa of Murfreesboro; daughter, Brenda L. Centore and her husband Dave of Jupiter, FL; grandchildren, Ashley (Kevin) Yingst, Jordan Yingst, Ava Grace Centore, Sophie Centore, and Emma Centore; great-grandchild, Kairi Hurt; mother-in-law, Lakie Hopson of Clarksville; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Sandra Powell, James and Karen Hopson, Pam and David Ford, Terry Hopson, and Kathy and Jason Morris, all of Clarksville.      Lucretia A. Slade was born on December 7, 1881 in Marion County, Mississippi.^1,2 She was the daughter of Henry Slade and Mary E. Rayburn.
     Lucretia married W. J. Sanford on September 10, 1905 in Lamar County, Mississippi.² Lucretia died on March 14, 1952 at age 70² and was buried in Henry Slade Cemetery, Lamar County, Mississippi.^3,2

     Luther C. Slade was born on March 16, 1912 in Orvisburg, Pearl River County, Mississippi.¹ He was the son of George Washington Slade and Julia Velma Martin.¹
     Luther married Irma Black.²

     Luther Thomas Slade was born on June 26, 1898 in Lamar County, Mississippi.¹ He was the son of Leonard Lafayette Slade and Sally Slade.
     Luther married Lillie Mae Nix on June 14, 1922 in Forrest County, Mississippi.² Luther died on May 16, 1984 at age 85.^1,3 He was buried in Biloxi National Cemetery, Biloxi, Harrison County, Mississippi.³

     Lutitia Slade was born circa 1876 in Mississippi.¹ She was the daughter of Flemon Slade and Ophellia Stogner. Lutitia died circa 1928.¹ She was buried in Talowah Cemetery, Lamar County, Mississippi.¹

     Mabel Slade was born on April 13, 1919 in Lamar County, Mississippi.¹ She was the daughter of Dedo Slade and Laura Lee Elliott.¹
     Mabel married Carroll M. Mayo on March 4, 1939 in Lumberton, Lamar County, Mississippi.² Their children are: Michael Carroll, Barbara Jane, Betty Jean and Jerry Don Mayo.² Mabel was widowed when her husband, Carroll, died on December 1, 1988 at age 74.³ Mabel died on April 17, 2015 at age 96.⁴ She was buried in Highland Cemetery, Hattiesburg, Forrest County, Mississippi.⁴

     Margie C. Slade was born on March 22, 1885 in Marion County, Mississippi.^2,1 She was the daughter of Hezekiah Slade and Alice Jane Fillingame.¹
     Margie married Thomas P. Breland on December 30, 1903.³ Margie died on March 4, 1963 at age 77¹ and was buried in Fairmount Cemetery, Denver County, Colorado.¹

     Marinda Rebecca Slade was born in November, 1898 in Perry County, Mississippi.² She was the daughter of William Franklin Slade and Sarah Caroline Davis.
     Marinda married Samuel Eulysses DuBose, son of Burwell David DuBose and Selidia Overstreet.³ Marinda died in 1969.² She was buried in Tyner Cemetery at Clear Branch Church, Lamar County, Mississippi.¹

     Marrila Slade was born on January 27, 1862.¹ She was the daughter of Ebenezer Slade and Nancy Bond. Marrila died on June 25, 1939 at age 77.¹

     Webster Marshall Slade was New Tag in July, 1889 in Marion County, Mississippi.¹ He was born on June 22, 1890 in Lamar County, Mississippi.² He was the son of Hezekiah Slade and Alice Jane Fillingame.
     Webster married Elsie Lee Calvert [?] on September 25, 1926 in Golden, Jefferson County, Colorado.³ Webster died on April 1, 1957 in Los Angeles County, California, at age 66.^4,5 He was buried in Angelus Rosedale Cemetery, Los Angeles County, California.⁶

     Martha Slade was born on February 20, 1871.^1,2 She was the daughter of William Slade and Frances Martha Lowery.¹ Martha married G. W. Burt.³ Martha died on August 14, 1951 at age 80² and was buried in Grantham Cemetery, Lamar County, Mississippi.²

     Martha Amelia Slade was born on May 10, 1905 in Mississippi.^1,2 She was the daughter of John Travis Slade and Lottie Lockhart. Martha died on February 24, 1977 at age 71.¹

     Eva Mae Slade was born on November 1, 1919 in Lamar County, Mississippi.^1,2 She was the daughter of John Calvin Slade and Florence Cole.¹ Eva died on July 9, 2004 at age 84² and was buried in Oak Grove Cemetery, Lamar County, Mississippi.²

She died Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Forrest General Hospital.
She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Purvis.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dempsey and Brucie Slade and one sister, Sybil Slade Cain.
She is survived by one son, John W. Myatt, IV (Johnny) of Purvis, MS; two sisters, Melba Reid of Purvis, MS and Darlene McCardle of Hattiesburg, MS; one brother, Randy Slade of Soddy Daisy, TN.
