     Lucille Slade was born on December 12, 1892 in Texas.^1,2 She was the daughter of Charles Ebert Slade and Minnie Mae Robertson.¹
     Lucille married Mr. Hanson.² Lucille was a teacher in the public schools. Lucille Slade died on December 31, 1972 in Pineturst, Orange County, Texas, at age 80 Lucille was a widow at the time of her death.² and was buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Orange County, Texas.²

     Gladys Slade was born in October, 1896 in Texas.¹

     Lottie Brooks was born in 1876 in Texas.¹ She was the daughter of William Bradford Brooks and Emma Reed.²
     Lottie married Frank M. Slade, son of Charles Everett Slade and Nancy Perkins Mallard.¹ Lottie died on June 30, 1972 in Houston, Harris County, Texas, and was buried in Forest Park, Houston, Harris County, Texas.²

     Earle Reed Slade was born on September 22, 1898 in Texas.^1,2 He was the son of Frank M. Slade and Lottie Brooks.¹ Earle Reed Slade died on March 5, 1912 at age 13 M; of typhoid fever² and was buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Dallas, Dallas County, Texas.²

     Stella E. Slade was born in 1904 in Texas.¹ She was the daughter of Frank M. Slade and Lottie Brooks.¹
     Stella married Charles Hutcheson Bass.² Stella died on January 2, 1968 in Harris County, Texas.³ She was buried in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, Houston, Harris County, Texas.³

     George Mason Slade was New Tag in May, 1851 in Vermont.² He was born on May 9, 1853 in Springfield, Windsor County, Vermont.^3,4 He was the son of Samuel Franklin Slade and Esther Woodward.¹
     George married Martha E. Keith on October 9, 1873.⁵ Martha was the daughter of Elizabeth & Edwin A. Keith.⁵
     George married Amelia Marcella Griswold, daughter of Norman Griswold and Lucy J. Davis, on January 1, 1883 in Charlestown, Sullivan County, New Hampshire.² George died on September 13, 1905 at age 52.⁶

     David W. Slade was born in May, 1861 in New Hampshire.¹ He was the son of Leonard W. Slade and Adeline H. Arnold.¹
     David married Carrie J. Hutchings in 1886¹, the daughter of Jane S Pattridge & Elisha Hutchings.² David died on December 22, 1925 in Concord, Merrimack County, New Hampshire, at age 64.³

     Clarabell Harrison was born circa 1858 in Missouri.¹ She was the daughter of Orra Harrison and Sarah [?].¹
     Clarabell married George Milford Slade, son of John Smith Slade M. D. and Nancy Ellen Ferrell, on February 16, 1881 in Ray County, Missouri.

     William Porter Slade was born on June 8, 1860 in Tennessee.^2,1 He was the son of John Wesley Slade and Martha Elizabeth Fox.^1,3 William Porter Slade was New Tag in June, 1861 in Missouri.^4,5 The 1900 census gives William's birthplace as Missouri, however the 1910 & 1920 census indicate Tennessee, and we have since found 1870 TN and his death certificate showing Tenessee that we believe is correct.⁵
     William married Martha Aubuchon, daughter of Julius Aubuchon and Barbara Ellen Lusk, on November 27, 1883 in Saint Francois County, Missouri.⁶ William Porter Slade was a section forman on the Railroad.
     William married second Nancy Myers, daughter of Joseph Myers, circa 1905.⁷ Sallie Slade, age 15, was enumerated in the household with John in the 1910 census. It appears that this might be his daughter, however, we have found no evidence to suport this claim, or clue as to who is her mother. William Porter Slade and Nancy Myers were divorced.⁸ William died on March 31, 1936 at age 75⁹ and was buried in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Liberty Twp, Clay County, Missouri.⁹

     Martha Jane Slade was born circa 1866 in Tennessee.¹ She was the daughter of John Wesley Slade and Elizabeth Woods.¹
     Martha married John Thomas Wilson on June 3, 1883 in Saint Francois County, Missouri.

     Charles E. Slade was born in July, 1862 in Missouri.^1,2 He was the son of John Smith Slade M. D. and Nancy Ellen Ferrell.¹
     Charles married Sara Jane Dunn.³ Charles died in 1949⁴ and was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Kansas City, Wyandotte County, Kansas.⁴

     James L. Slade was born in November, 1866 in Missouri.^1,2 He was the son of John Smith Slade M. D. and Nancy Ellen Ferrell.¹ He was boarding with Frank Mayer family and some Rider children.

     Sarah Frances Stigall was born on July 12, 1861 in Ray County, Missouri.^3,2 She was the daughter of Mary E. Haskell and Reubin Stigall.²
     Sarah married John Sublette Slade Jr., son of John Smith Slade M. D. and Nancy Ellen Ferrell, circa 1880.¹ Sarah died on March 12, 1947 at age 85 and was buried in City Cemetery, Wellington, Lafayette County, Missouri.²

     George Edison Slade was born in January, 1884 in Missouri.¹ He was the son of George Milford Slade and Clarabell Harrison.¹ He was listed as a boarder in the household of James H. Thurman.

     Louise Sophia Rocklage was born in 1892 in Missouri.¹
     Louise married Orra Smith Slade, son of George Milford Slade and Clarabell Harrison, in 1910 in Missouri.¹ Louise died in 1939³ and was buried in Richmond Memory Gardens, Richmond, Ray County, Missouri.³

     Naomi S. Slade was born on September 10, 1910 in Ray County, Missouri.^1,2 She was the daughter of Orra Smith Slade and Louise Sophia Rocklage.¹ She married Howard Archer, b 1901, Missouri. They lived Kansas City, Missouri in 1940. Naomi died on April 23, 1995 at age 84² and was buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.²
