James A. Slade1

(circa 1815 - )
James A. Slade was born circa 1815likely in Henrico County, Virginia.1 He was the son of Jonah P. Slade and Maria Lukehard.1 No further record has been found for James G. Slade.

[Even though the 1826 will of John Slade clearly reads James G. Slade, is it possible that the scribe made an error and this could be James Adkins Slade? They were born about the same time in Richmond, Virginia. Or is it possible that this is James M. Slade, b circa 1813, who married Mary Moore in Chesterfield Co, VA?].1
