     Donald Seaborne Slade Sr. was born on February 18, 1902 in McLennan County, Texas.^3,4 He was the son of William Alexander Slade and Mary Elizabeth Tooker.
     Donald married Alline Walker in 1921 in Texas.⁵ Donald died on April 3, 1962 at age 60.⁴ He was buried in Rosemound Cemetery, Waco, McLennan County, Texas.⁴

     Alline Walker was born on November 26, 1903 in McLennan County, Texas.³
     Alline married Donald Seaborne Slade Sr., son of William Alexander Slade and Mary Elizabeth Tooker, in 1921 in Texas.⁴ Alline died on May 17, 1990 in Texas at age 86.⁵ She was buried in Rosemound Cemetery, Waco, McLennan County, Texas.³

     Donald William Slade was born on January 9, 1923 in Waco, McLennan County, Texas.^2,3,4 He was the son of Donald Seaborne Slade Sr. and Alline Walker.⁵
     Donald married Clara Dean Estelle Cusson⁶, the daughter of Ledie Stelzig & Clarence Cusson.⁶ Donald died on May 9, 1989 at age 66.⁷ He was buried in Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, Irving, Dallas County, Texas.⁷

Although his birth certificate shows Donald Seaborne Slade Jr., and those of his children, he was subsequently listed as Donald William Slade in later records and his tombstone.l.⁸

     George Henry Slade was born on January 26, 1925 in Waco, McLennan County, Texas.^2,3 He was the son of Donald Seaborne Slade Sr. and Alline Walker.¹
     George married Frankie Lee Irwin, daughter of Frank and Thelma Irwin.⁴ George died on December 31, 1984 in Cape Cod, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, at age 59.³ He was buried in Rosemound Cemetery, Waco, McLennan County, Texas.⁵

     George C. Slade was born on December 5, 1852 in Missouri.^2,3 He was the son of William Slade and Susan M Phillips.^4,5 George C. Slade was New Tag both parents born Missouri in 1854 in Missouri.⁶ He was a harness maker, his father born in Vermont and his mother born in Kentucky. M. A. Thomas, 43, was living in this household.⁷
     George married first Mattie E. [?] circa 1881 in Texas.^8,6
     George married second Amanda Lacy in 1897 in Texas.² Paulbearer at funeral of Mrs. Eva Barton, 36, wife of W. D. Barton, head of the Dyanshine CompanyonJanuary 13, 1924. He was listed as a saddlemaker and tanner in 1900 and 1930 census.⁶ George died on October 13, 1947 at age 94.³ He was buried in Oakwood Cemetery, McLennan County, Texas.³

     Amanda Lacy was New Tag and both of her parents were born in Texas in November, 1870 in Texas.² She was New Tag in 1871 in Texas.³ She was born on November 7, 1874 in Texas [The 1900 census gives her date of birth as Nov 1870].^4,2
     Amanda married George C. Slade, son of William Slade and Susan M Phillips, in 1897 in Texas.² Amanda died on May 28, 1949 at age 74.⁵ She was buried in Oakwood Cemetery, McLennan County, Texas.⁵

     Mary Elizabeth Tooker was sometimes known as Bessie.³ She was born in 1883 in North Carolina.⁴ She was New Tag both her parents also b NC in 1884 in North Carolina.³ She was New Tag in 1888 in North Carolina.⁵
     Mary married William Alexander Slade, son of George C. Slade and Mattie E. [?], circa 1901 in McLennan County, Texas.⁴ Mary Elizabeth Tooker was bookstore proprietor at Baylor University in 1930.⁴

     William Alexander Slade was known as Will.² He was born on March 18, 1882 in Texas his father was born Missouri, Mother born Texas.^1,3,4 He was the son of George C. Slade and Mattie E. [?]^4,5
     William married Mary Elizabeth Tooker circa 1901 in McLennan County, Texas.⁶ William Alexander Slade was registered for the military draft in World War I on September 12, 1918 in Waco, McLennan County, Texas.³ William died on September 1, 1959 in Uvalde County, Texas, at age 77.⁷ He was buried in Hillcrest Cemetery, Uvalde, Uvalde County, Texas.⁷

     Louis Edward Slade was born on November 10, 1903 in McLennan County, Texas.^1,3 He was the son of William Alexander Slade and Mary Elizabeth Tooker.^1,4 Louis died on January 22, 1980 in Uvalde County, Texas, at age 76.²

     Thomas Slade was born on January 27, 1732 in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, England, the son of William & Joanah Slade.^1,4 He was baptized on January 28, 1732; at Saint Mary.⁴
     Thomas married Mary Woodbridge on December 25, 1766 in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.^1,2
